If there is any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

This website is operated by KOTEHE (KOTEHE LLC). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to KOTEHE (KOTEHE LLC).
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Taiwan.
These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, merchants, and contributors of content.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure that information on our site is accurate, but errors in stock levels, descriptions, or pricing may occur.
Colors and materials may vary slightly from the images shown due to photography or display settings.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.

- All payments are processed through secure systems (SSL encryption, PCI DSS standards).

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 2 business days.
Domestic (Taiwan) shipments typically arrive in 2–3 business days.
International shipments typically take 3–8 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for losses or delays due to incorrect information.

5. Duties & Taxes
Orders in Taiwan: No additional duties or taxes will be charged. The checkout price is the final price.
International Orders: Prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable in the event of returns.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to KOTEHE at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if an item is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or does not comply with your order.
Please refer carefully to the size chart before purchasing, as sizing-related returns may not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order. We will be happy to assist you in finding the right fit.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

KOTEHE is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchases.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

International customers must comply with any applicable local laws in their country of residence.
