Important information on returns
All items must be unworn, in their original packaging and with packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Footwear must be tried on a clean surface as our soles are delicate. Items returned with worn or marked soles will not be accepted.
Items returned or exchanged without prior authorization and original packaging will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers must first contact our Customer Care team with photographs of the faulty item.
Our items go through a process of quality control before shipment. Even then, it can still happen that you receive a damaged item due to transportation. Please contact our Customer Care team with a photo of the faulty item.
Sale, discounted items, last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We are not responsible for KOTEHE items purchased through other retailers.
Please refer carefully to the size chart before purchasing, as sizing-related returns may not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order. We will be happy to assist you in finding the right fit.
Return conditions
You may request a return or exchange only if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
Authorization must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days of authorization. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
KOTEHE is not responsible for lost or delayed returns in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Sales return conditions
No return or exchange of items on sale are accepted.
To return an item from your order, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@kotehe.com for return authorization and include your order number in the email subject line. Unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.
Once the return has been received in our studio and verified, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund.
KOTEHE reserves the right to make the final decision and refuse any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
