Track your parcel
KOTEHE provides worldwide tracked shipping through DHL Express. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. For domestic deliveries in Taiwan, tracking will be provided by the local courier.
Shipping Address
KOTEHE is not responsible for parcels not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address. When the original parcel has been received back, it can be re-dispatched under the condition that the customer covers the additional shipping costs.
